Creating a wonderful experience for Sawdust Festival guests through food quality, Evan’s Gourmet Bistro uses quality ingredients and organic where possible.

Evan’s Gourmet Bistro has been a part of the Sawdust art festival since 2015. Evan created a menu based on some of her client’s favorite catering foods. She prides herself on using quality ingredients including organic wherever possible. She always chooses quality over price. It’s the same philosophy she uses in her custom catering. Most of the menu items started as a special to see if they were well received. Evan listens to her customers and tries to accommodate as much as possible without allowing substitutions or changes to the menu items. Food is her art and she is very happy to be a part of such a long standing art festival.
